Getting started is simple. Reach out through our contact form or appointment request form—this information can help us determine if our clinic is the right fit for your needs. In some cases, we may not be the appropriate provider and will refer you towards more suitable treatment options.

We strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and able to be yourself. The initial visit is an opportunity for us to get to know you, and for you to get a sense of who we are and how we work. An assessment is not a commitment to ongoing treatment on either your part or ours. Over the course of the assessment period (typically 2–4 sessions), we will develop an understanding of your concerns and the reasons you are seeking care, and provide thoughtful recommendations for next steps. At that point, you will have the opportunity to ask any questions and decide what feels like the best path forward for you.

Yes we do! We offer various parenting support services ranging from PCIT and PMT to SPACE and ADHD Parenting Support. Following the initial assessment, we may recommend parenting support as a primary or adjunct therapy, or alternatively we may schedule parent sessions as needed when working with children and adolescents.

We are actively negotiating with various insurance companies at this time in order to provide lower out-of-pocket costs for our patients and their families. If we are not in-network with your insurance, we can submit a claim to your insurance and they may provide partial reimbursement.

We are licensed in Florida and California. Our physical location is currently located at 200 San Marlo Way, Unit 4 in Pacifica, CA (Bay Area) with an additional location opening soon in Coral Gables, FL (Miami). We also offer virtual telehealth services to residents of Florida and California.
